Admission Policy:

This policy outlines the order in which families are accepted into Saint Stanislaus Parish School in conjunction with neighboring parish schools.

1. Parish families with children currently enrolled in Saint Stanislaus Parish School
2. Non-parishioners with children currently registered in Saint Stanislaus Parish School
3. Families new to Saint Stanislaus Parish School
4. Student transferring from other Catholic Schools
5. Families outside of Saint Stanislaus Parish
   
   • Catholic students coming from a parish without a school
   • Catholic students coming from a school that has closed its enrollment
   • Catholic students coming from another parish school for other reasons
6. Non-Catholic students

Requirements for Registration

• Kindergarten - must be five years by September 15th of the year of admission
• First Grade - must be six years by September 15th of the year of admission

Documents Required (all ages)

Catholic Students

• • Parish membership verification
  • Baptismal certificate if the child was not baptized at Saint Stanislaus Parish
  • Birth certificate
  • Written immunization record

Non-Catholic Students

• • Birth certificate
  • Written immunization record
  • Permission of the pastor obtained by the principal
  • Written permission of the parents to the participation/attendance of their child(ren) in religion classes and functions which are offered as part of the school program.
  • Written commitment of the parents to accept and promote the philosophy, goals, objectives, and regulations of Saint Stanislaus Parish School.
  • Written agreement of the parents to assume responsibility for all financial obligations.

The pastor, school administration, and tuition committee determine the tuition rates in January for the coming school year. Parents are required to make arrangements for tuition payment at the time of registration.

2011-2012 Tuition Rates

3 Year-Old Pre-K Tuition (T-Th Half Days): $1630.00 per child

4 Year-Old Pre-K (M-W-F Half Days): $1930.00 per child
4 Year-Old Pre-K (5 Half Days): $2600.00 per child

4 Year-Old Pre-K (5 Full Days): $4265.00 per child

Kindergarten Tuition: $3630.00 per child (Full Day)
Kindergarten Tuition: $2400.00 per child (Half Day)

NOTE:  All tuition is based on a ten (10) month period.

Registration Fees (non-refundable):

Registration Fee per family: $155.00 (Grades 1-8)
Pre-Kindergarten Registration Fee per student: $105.00
Pre-Kindergarten Registration Fee per student (with siblings registered in grade school): $75.00
Kindergarten Registration Fee per student: $130.00
Kindergarten Registration Fee per student (with siblings registered in grade school): $90.00

Family Program Fee for Full Day Pre-School and Kindergarten through Grade 8: $130.00 per family

**Contributing Parishioners are active in their faith, participate in parish life, and contribute a minimum of $15.00 weekly in their church envelope.
