The 2011-2012 School Year Food Days are scheduled weekly, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from October through May. The order forms are available on the school website. You will need to print out one order form for each child. Please return the forms to school by the due date -- late orders will not be accepted. We prefer that you pay by check if possible. Please only send in the current order form and always remember to double check your order. The food days are listed on the monthly calendar and reminders will be sent in the weekly school email. ALERT:  MAC users are experiencing a problem with the fill-in forms...the automatic calculations are not executing on the food day forms.  We are investigating the problem and hope to find a resolution as soon as possible.  In the interim, open the blank form for MAC users and fill in your selections.  You will have to do your own calculations - please check your math!  Thank you for your cooperation!

ADDITIONAL NOTE: If you have more than one student and need to fill out additional forms, be aware that the form may not reset to zero for all item quantities.  Please double-check your selections!
